We use and advocate for standardized rights statements in Digital Collections. A rights statement is used to communicate the copyright rights status of an item in digital collections to the user/viewer. The rights statements in this document come from the established rightsstatements.org statements and are applied using our rights matrix.

Digitization Considerations

Digitization Guidelines

Our digitization guidelines outline our equipment specifications, use settings, resolutions, file formats, and standards used in our digitization process. Equipment settings are given for the Epson Expression Flatbed Scanner.
